This hotel is very run down now. Whilst here I had to fix the toilet at night time as it kept filling itself. The shower is blocked so you have to time yourself in there before it overflows. Half the light bulbs don’t work.
Every time a lorry passes the whole room including furniture vibrates badly. The rooms are barely soundproofed. You can hear every noise and word in here.
One of the days I was locked out as the pin pad to get in didn’t work and had to wait to be let in!
I had to ask for a normal sized towel for the shower as I was provided with 4 hand towels!!!
Rooms are hardly attended to whilst on a visit also.
This hotel needs to have a complete revamp and look how to improve the poor standards that are basics.
Sadly I wouldn’t stay here again.
