The location is convenient, with a direct tram to Gare Cornavin, and the private in-room shower was a welcome feature. However, the reception is closed overnight and the shared kitchen is locked at night, which I wasn’t informed of. I had items stored in the fridge and couldn’t access them early the next morning, forcing me to adjust my plans. More importantly, I did not receive the pre-arrival email containing tram/bus tickets and, crucially for some people, the self check-in guide, which I checked with a receptionist and we were not sure why. This could cause serious issues for guests arriving late, as they might not be able to enter their room. Additionally, the Belgian fries bar next door can be noisy late at night, which I didn't care.

I arrived late to the hotel and there was nobody there at the reception to open the door. They did not share the code to the building in advance so I could enter after check in time on my own. I had to knock and wait for a long time until a resident by chance was leaving the building and opened the door for me.

Room was clean. I appreciate that while we have to share toilet, we still have private shower in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to stay for a short while

The room is very small, I wonder if it is real 24 sqm. The room toilet is very smelly even after room service. Although the location is prefect which is very near to the Uni and also easy to go to the town. Also, the sound proof is not very good, I can heard the next door having zoom meeting clearly in the midnight.
