I booked a room with full bed (requested full bed as I had that in option) cos I hated to sleep alone I 2 small beds that’s why I choose this hotel instead I’m B&B next door.
When I came up to, it was 2 beds. So I talked to the stuff who tired to help but said there was nothing he could do as they don’t have full bed in commando rooms even though it said on Agoda you can choose between 2 twins or full bed
He said I could buy an upgrade for 200DKK per night to another bigger room. I don’t want bigger room. I want a big full bed as it said on description
