Staff informed me in advance about some issues with my room and upgraded my booking. The room is clean, spacious and well laid out. Bed and sheets are clean and comfortable. Although breakfast is basic but it has all the essentials and arguably the best barista’s coffee I have in Italy so far. The hotel is very close to Tirano station so catching an early train is no issue at all, will love to come back again someday.

This hotel is the nearest one for those who want to stay in Tirano just for the 'Bernina express'. The reception and hotel staffs are amazing. Highly recommended.
