It was a little awkward getting upstairs the first time, but it was a delightful hotel with lots of personality, and literally down the street from the train station. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very pleasant staff, breakfast is worth it but there are many options all around the street. A short walk with luggage to bus and train station, or the Residence and great churches.

Stayed for a night to explore the town's wines, buildings, and vineyards.
Location is good, about 5 minute walk to the train station along Banhofstrasse. Easy access to most of the old town, fortresses, churches, and vineyards either by walking or by tram.
Room was cozy, not too small, bed was comfortable, and the external toilet was clean.
Price is a steep compared to what I'm used to paying back home, so marked down for that.
Christine and her dog Cici were really nice!
