Very close to public transport DON'T TAKE A TAXI you'll be over charged. Use uber your safer and the price is shown when you are booking. Hardly they speak English.

First impressions count and when I came to reception to check in, I was met with an unfriendly staff. The black lady in particularly refused to serve me but served others. Then after 30 minutes of waiting when it was my turn the male reception says it's his lunch hour so can't be served.
Apart from terrible customer service, the facilities are in dilapidated state. The elevator are small and can't pack more than 7 people, the gym machines don't even work, the pool water looks murky, the hotel room bathroom towel hangers are rusting. Definitely do not recommend coming here. It may be one of the lowest hotel prices around but you get terrible service

There were bedbugs!!! I was bitten many times. Also we could not get more than one door pass…

Checking time arrived but it took them more than 2 hours to provide me a room I did not book ,but I was so tired after 13 hours flight did not have energy to argue or to complain just want get rest and will FIGURE IT OUT LATE....
