We stayed for a night during our joint to Italy. The apartment is very big and it is very clean (bed, etc.). It has water cooker, glasses, etc. Everything is fine. Check in also easy even though we're late around 22:00 P.M. arrived at the hotel. We stayed in apartment because it's very big & enough for a family, our suitcases & the location is easy to find using Google map. Parking for free (evening & night) in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very delicious & many choices. We'll be back when we drive along Karlsruhe.

Check-in does not work through a reception if you arrive after noon. Signs at the entrance tell you that you should have revieved a code to get your key cart - we didn't. Called a mobile phone number provided on the door - nobody picked up. Called another number - fellows from a different hotel picked up and gave the code finally. Worst however was the worn down rooms with cracked door and damaged walls. Or was is the noise in the hallway? Or the unfriendly staff unable to greet with a simple "good morning"?

A hotel without receptionist when you arrived on Saturday 3pm.
They didn't email any instructions to check in when there is no receptionist.
We had to call the number on the gate. This is not a suitable method for those arriving late at night or very tired.
When we called the number, the hotel lady told us we booked 2 rooms which we tried to explain there was a mistake at their end as my booking app only shown 1 room.
1 star is because of very unsmooth checkin process and security issue. Please note that, the security code to the building main door and bedroom number are both same. Breakfast was not great.
The only good was bed linen and room were clean although dusty are visible
