It's a great hotel I only stayed for the hotel not for the location it's very loud and clients of the hotel would pick the hotel for the location literally on the end of st pauli party mile and worse. Bit of you want to do sight seen or just enjoy hamburg it may be a bit much . Music banging till 6 on the morning the windows are as much sound proof as it gets but the bass still comes through. But the stay was nice bed is very cosy great pillows .and staff is very nice

The best part about this hotel is its convenience. Located right opposite the metro station, with tons of food and entertainment options nearby. Right in the heart of St Pauli, which is a unique and wonderful place. In the middle of the euros for the price we paid, this was a steal.

This is a great, modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The main issue throughout our stay was with the air conditioning, which couldn’t cool the room at any stage, even during the night. We asked for help with this in case there was a language barrier in our operation of the a/c but the room was consistently too warm. It is true to say there is a/c in the room but not to the extent that could cool the room itself. It can be felt if you place a hand on the vent but is too weak to make a difference to the environment. When asking for even a fan to help cool the room I was informed one would be provided shortly which did not occur. Once again, I can’t knock the staff or the hotel itself but the heat really took from the stay. Street noise is loud during the night (as it would be) but sound proofed windows are really effective. The hotel is probably the nicest building in the area, but once you leave the hotel you’re literally surrounded by homelessness, alcohol bottles, drug use, etc. I didn’t look into the Reeperbahn before going (attending concert at Mojo Club - great venue) so will take the hit on this but wouldn’t be likely to return. If going for a stag party or hen party it appears to be one of the safest hotels in the area in fairness and would be ideal for this.
