This is my go to place when I’m in San Francisco 10 min to the airport the beds so comfortable , big rooms and so so clean i highly recommend you would not regret , oh and they have a free bus service to and from the airport , I will not stay anywhere else, and just around the counter you have the avenue full of different restaurants different cuisines and they even have a casino at the end of the Ave ,

The hotel locates near SFO, with friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy guest room. Free parking is another thumb up point. Will choose here again for a transitional stay.

I prepaid for two nights (May 8–10) but couldn’t check in on Thursday due to an accident. I informed the hotel in advance that I’d arrive Friday. However, upon check-in, my Business King Room had been given away, and I was placed in a wheelchair-accessible room instead.
This was disappointing, especially as a returning guest.
Paying for two nights but only staying one, and not receiving the room type I had booked, is unacceptable. At the very least, the hotel should have ensured I received the accommodations I paid for. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.
