We arrived late in the evening due to cancellation of our booked train but the rooms were not cancelled and ready…bec we pre ordered dinner the reception allowed us to have our dinner by the lobby…hotel location is near the train station and has a near by grocery store if you need somethings…rooms are spacious even for a group of 4 per room…a pleasant and relaxing stay all in all

Firstly sir We would like to make mention of the room given to us. We are 3 adults and we were given a room for 2 adults with sofa bed for kids. Anyway we did complain but the complain went on deaf hears. We had our daily plans and we carried on without making a big hue and cry. But on the last three days we given a suite room cos the room we were in for the last 12 days suddenly had an electric failure problem and that's why they moved us to the suite. On the tenth day 1 of us had to go back to Malaysia due to an emergency due to the illness of his mum and we were still charged for a three persons room even though we though we appealed but they paid NO attention to it., but on checking out they did deduct some tax on the bill but which was taken of from our laundry bill, etc may be. We didnt may much attention to it upon checkin out. However pls be reminded we are world travellers we so know alot but sometimes we we dont make too much of it. Pls see what agoda can do for us in terms of refund.On the day we arrived after a long journey with transit Doha and extremely tired and exhausted we were met with unfriendly receptionists ( seem like of Asian origin), unfriendly, unkind and very authoritative, questios were met with unfriendly faces, This is not only for the first day but almost all 15 days of our stay there. This comment is referring only to the front desk and not all were unkind and rude but only 2 front desk personnel deserve the 5 star thumbs / even promotion/ upgrading/ increament who were so exceptionaly kind, willing and helpful and even going a mile further to help. They are 1) ** 2) ** - **. These both gave exceptional service. Some of the front desk people were a bit racially. All the other departments were exceptional referring to the Restaurant, the Bar, Room service, self serve laundry. The Hotel it self is wonderful place. Lastly we were not informed of the facilities that we could make use of till we found out by ourselves. We were even told that they don't deal with Agoda services and whatever info/ photos placed on Agoda's site in regards to the hotel has nothing to do with them. This is all but pls attend to the room matters i had mentioned first in view of some form of refund and such.

Everything is fine (location, facility, cleanliness) except some of below experienced we had. But there is always a room for improvement. First is the OPEN DOOR issue that we encounter. We notice in the morning after we do wake-up that our room door is open. we call reception and ask to investigate. but investigation do not have any conclusion until we left the hotel. Second is the staff, diring check-in, the action and impression was not accodating and customer oriented. when ask of any microwave where can heatup our food. Straight to our face NO, dont even gave us some option or advise. Normally customer is expecting apologetic approach to those issue but we didnt get it. We hope they strive for customer service improvement.
