Clear view for matterhorn, strongly recommended as staff is very nice, we managed to sit near window to view the Matterhorn during breakfast.

Staff are friendly and helpful, welcomed us with a drink when we check in. It was our first time visiting Zermatt, the staff spent time introducing different places to us, also explained the transportation and everything very clearly. The hotel location is a bit far from the station, however they have a shuttle service to pick you up.

comfy room w Matterhorn view directly at room balcony 10mins brisk walk to train station , else can engage hotel shuttle service at 20Franc/trip. Hotel concierge both were friendly service and good recommendations on food! Take note reception opens 8am-9pm only.
