On the info, it includes towel but they dont give it right away. I dont have euro cash and decided not to borrow a towel. The structure is terrible and hard to go to the shower room and my room. They demand your passport to borrow a hair dryer which I've never seen before elsewhere. Shower soup was not filled. overall unpleasant stay.

Everything ok, except that the staff may move your stuff without informing. I checked in very late when everyone was sleeping in the room, hence I did not turn on the lights. The bed no. on the bed post was not very visible and I just took an empty bunk, but in reality my allocated one was the one below. On the last night, they moved all my stuff that I’d left on the bed previously. I have no issue with moving, but it’d be better if they asked me to do it myself. Met a fellow traveler - there was some confusion about her booked room and sometime during her stay, they packed all the stuff that was on her bed, into her luggage bag. The intention was probably to move her to another (desired) room but in the end they still put her in the same one. I think there’s a lack of respect for privacy but perhaps just local culture.

Yes its a shared room but bathroom was really dirty toilet doors weren’t locking and room air smelled really bad. There were no covers for blankets not sterile or healthy
