We ve stayed here several times over a decade but sadly we won’t again. 1. Young staff not too efficient or friendly 2. Food expensive and poor 3. Staff gave us someone else’s food bill no apology just an “opsie” discretionary service tip charged on dinner even though we d paid to stay two nights, why even pop a service charge on that we didn’t agree to it The £238 we paid for two nights should cover all service. Infact we should of been given a discount for additional food we ate there in our opinion 4. Leak in en-suite never rectified from sink, floor soaking. 5 coffee tea milk replaced but no bins emptied Just felt very impersonal and matter of factly, didn’t feel like paying guests who were being looked after. Just sad to see the place going down hill We won’t be returning which is a shame as we ve enjoyed every stay there prior to this

Have stayed before and always had a double bed. This time it was a single...terrified of falling out...but I do appreciate it was a very busy weekend. Also found the frosted/patterned bedroom window, rather strange. Beautiful walk in shower.
