    Love this hotel. It’s chic, clean, centrally located in Hollywood in a very quiet neighborhood and one street away from the lively Hollywood boulevard. I stayed multiple times here and would stay again and again. You get more for the price. Many negative reviews mentioned things i personally did not experience / see. And in my opinion many negative reviews out there are not fair and very Karen-infused so don’t be swayed by that. The staff members here are the real show stoppers, they treated me like a vip and they were so caring about every aspect of my stay. Even things they have no business being involved with. They did go to e extra mile and beyond. Thank you Daniel, Vivian, Edith, June and the manager for truly living up to the name brand. I indeed got a vip treatment and for that i am so grateful.

    Room had a bad smell, TV was not working. Parking overcrowded. Fair breakfast. No elevators. Hotel is very old. Is close to walk of fame but won’t do a second stay.

    It was very nice to be. The staff was extremely helpful when needed and the place has a calmness in a semi secluded area. Great area for a stay!

    We booked a non smoking room for two nights, where it was said breakfast was included. We ended up in a room which smelled like urine, linen and the cover had holes from cigarette burns, no shower gels and breakfast is instant coffee and cereals. The staff are not cordial at all and they also have limited house keeping facilities. Ask for it or else no cleaning. Hotels across the streets offer better services with the same price.
