    We had a long flight from our vacation and we arrived 12noon at YVR. We called the FD for shuttle service, picked us up, the driver was very helpful and kind to help us with our luggages. When we arrived at the hotel we tried to check in early, luckily i was a IHG rewards member so we are able to get in early. There's a covered parking onsite. Our room is very clean and have a good space. They have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby plus some cookies which is one of my kid's favorite. The FD staffs are nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

    Pretty complete. Staff all very friendly and efficient. Airport shuttle is on time, and easy to book and find, and comes with the stay.
