    Para ir a conciertos en el Moody Center es una buena opción, puedes ir y regresar caminando ya que hay mucha gente moviéndose y no se torna peligroso. Es limpio y las amenidades están en buen estado, aparte de que hay muchos lugares de comida cerca.

    Love the service here! The staff are very welcoming and ready to assist anytime. Their breakfast buffet is amazing too! The location is good, it's near a lot of food spots, local groceries, and tourist spots (The Bullock Texas State History Museum & Blanton Museum.)

    Booked 3 nights for a conference at Austin. While the staff were friendly, there was no hot water in the shower. Alerted the front desk the next day and they reassured me they'll send for a mechanic to fix it, but the issue remained unresolved on the second night. Spoke with concierge yet again on the third day, and they promise to send someone to check. The problem still remained unresolved on the third night. Was also disappointed with Agoda customer service agent, who coldly remarked that the booking did not specify hot water was included in the shower, which sounds bizarre. I've been booking through Agoda for the past few years and this is one of the worst experience I had. They promised to get back to me within 72h but it has been a week. Will consider booking through other outlets next time
