OMG...is it really a hotel?

Have to check in in another hotel, then lug your bags to level 3 on a narrow staircase, no lift.. the only fan in the room is smaller than usual table fan.. shared bathroom, kitchen.

Location is very good -just next to Indian restaurant-No towels are provided and kitchen is not clean.. it smells -Spacious though-No elevator

Positive:The location is perfect just at the middle of the city center and busstop is just infront of the apartment.Kitchen is accessible for cooking.
Negative:Not working water kettle and damage microwave.Need more cleaning at the kitchen cabinets.Hard to climb the small stairs with big luggages.
