Overall place is clean, location near scenic spots. Not too friendly for handicapped person. To improve on passage for moving luggage as there are steps where luggage need to be lifted up. It will be better if there are information on nearby scenic spots and attractions

Everything is good except no window room

This is the most expensive hotel I’ve booked out of the 3 cities we’ve visited. The room is big and clean. but there is no window. It was not stated in the room listing that this room I booked has no window too. I went to the front desk to ask for a room with window but they said it’s fully booked. And we had to negotiate ourselves to ask for free breakfast for the lack of detailed description of the room listing.
The carpark directions were also not clear at all. We circled many rounds and couldn’t find the lift entrance. The hotel lobby is on the (5th?) floor I think, not first. So might be a bit difficult to locate.
Breakfast choice is also limited.
Front desk is not very helpful. Looks like all part timers that can’t help you much, very blur and very slow.
My parents’ room air-conditioning was so cold, they couldn’t adjust it and asked the maintenance to come but still didn’t fix it. They caught a cold after staying for 1 night 🤦🏻♀️. There is no complimentary parking for guests too.. :/
I think there are better options in the same area. Not value for money.
