    Great location. Large clean comfortable rooms and a hot breakfast. The gym is well-stocked with equipment and the pool is inviting.

    This Hampton Inn is in a great location, very close to the zoo and restaurants. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked much of the general maintenance and cleanliness one would expect. All of the floor surfaces are stained and dirty while the furniture is equally if not more gross . We selected this hotel because of its location (great!) and the pool. To our surprise the pool was closed indefinitely for a liner repair when we arrived. It would have been nice to know about this ahead of time as it was scheduled maintenance. All in all I do not recommend this property especially for the high rate the charge.

    The location is in a convenient location for access to the University, but would stay somewhere else next time. Everything was just okay, the parking lot was very full and hard to find a spot. Expected better given the higher price. Next time we are in the area we would stay a little farther out to save some money and probably have a nicer, fresher room.
