My room was good. But why advertise amenities when you don't actually have much time to enjoy them. The office closes at 6 so pool table and kid room and ice machine unable to use

Aging old hotel at a great location on river front. Dirty room, not been cleaned , inadequate kitchen utensils, old furniture. Poor to non existent landscape. Very poor wifi internet.

I am very disappointed with my experience . I came to celebrate my 60th birthday. When making my choice of places to stay I chose Here for a few different reasons. 1 for the location which is good. 2nd is for the family room and the pool table which we couldn't even enjoy. Since the office closes at 6 so does the club house. 3rd the ice machine inside the office/clubhouse closed at 6so no ice after 6. Very inconvenient. 4th why get a kitchenette that says utensils included but didn't. 5th what pan we did have was dirty. 6th no glasses. And 7th now the ac doesn't work. But there's no one on site to help us . So unfortunately my birthday definitely miserable. It's just too hot. Ugh. I could have spent half of what I did and be sleeping comfortably like my cousin did just minutes from here.
