    Very helpful staff. Especially Winfield and Shanieka. They treated us very well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location good. Strangely, the pool bar was never open while we were there. Be aware that some of the rooms are only accessible by stairs. Double check that before booking. In all, I would recommend this lovely hotel.

    I went to this hotel for my birthday. The hotel room was nice but I had one issue. There were Ants in the room. (A lot of them). I told the front desk. They sent someone. They sprayed but it did not help. I had my dinner in the room a sat it down no more than 5-15 minutes. My food was infected with Ants all in it. I complained and told the receptionist and they did not help. They said this is Florida not knowing I live in Florida as well. Multiple ants not a few of them. They did not help solve my problem with the ant in the hotel.
