Lack of Amenities and Poor Service I stayed at this villa and was very disappointed. I asked about using Netflix, but the manager refused to help and insisted I needed my own account. How is it fair that we pay for a villa and don’t get access to basic amenities like this? There were no other channels available either, making the TV completely useless. The property should be more transparent about what is actually provided. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The villa was beautifully decorated, very nice ambiance. Fantastic location, walking distance to a few lovely cafes, boutiques, and studios. Dea, whom was looking after me for my stay was nothing short of fantastic!!!! Every morning she came to wish me good morning and to catch up with me on a daily basis. The first night I was there, there was a bar down the street that was making noise until late as soon as I told Dea this she jumped straight on her phone and spoke to the local authorities, and I didn’t hear anything from them for the remainder of the trip and she followed up constantly. I’ve never seen someone take such initiative and care in their job. Anything I asked her for she was there with a smile and a genuine human touch. Erna the lovely lady that cleaned my room every day was also fantastic, always smiling and offering to do all she could. I would definitely recommend especially for solo female travellers as they make you feel very safe happy and secure.

First time staying in gypsy moon and already feel like home, you may cook your meal in the kitchen(sharing), or you may sun bath beside the swimming pool, what’s else that I still need to ask for more
