We had a truly lovely stay at Greyfriars Inn by Greene King Inns.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of character. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made us feel right at home.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a great night’s sleep after a full day of exploring. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated to walk around and enjoy the surrounding area while still feeling cozy and relaxed when returning to the inn.
We also really enjoyed the food and overall pub atmosphere. It added a special charm to the experience and made our stay feel authentic and memorable.
Overall, Greyfriars Inn exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and a welcoming, traditional feel.

I needed to drop my daughter off at St Andrews and this was in an expensive great place for a solo traveler. The pub had great food and wonderful staff. It was super helpful, even in a storm event where I needed some help to figure things out. Hotel has a great location. The room was adequate. Had a little trouble with the heating system overall, I’m happy I stayed there for the price.
