This brand new villa is a worth to try if you are looking to stay at Ubud area. We stayed there for 2 nights, for the price we paid if a fair price. Some notes tho : 1. Extra towels will be great as theres only 2 pool towels which is not enough for family 2. There was a time where theres blackout and they have no backup power. So we couldnt use the water to shower 3. A ceiling fan would be nice to have in the living room because it was pretty humid during the day 4. The bathroom in the guest room is very close to the road and its kinda semi open. It gives a bit of anxiety when we shower specially in the evening as we scared somebody might jump from outside thru the bathroom. If that space van be covered with a glass panel for example, that would be great! But other than that it was a pleasant stay :)

Positive: the room is beautiful. A person responded quickly to our messages and he was very friendly. Negative: this location does not offer anything they advertise on the site. There are no amenities on this site. No massages. No actual restaurant. The one located near the property is connected to someone’s home. The amenities was the reason I booked this location. I looked back at the pictures on the app, and noticed they only have pictures of the rooms, that’s because that is the only thing out there besides the creatures and land. There are no TV’s in the room. Our air conditioner did not work. However, they did fix it the next day. When we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned. We asked for towels and cleaning , they said they could not do it that day because it was 5:45 and their team was leaving at 6. The next day they came to clean and the towels we used that were on the floor were hung back up for us to use. WARNING the bathroom and living room have no walls, it is opened to the outside. Although, it looks good, at night we were to scared to go to bathroom. There is some loud creature you hear every night, that wakes you, that sounds although it is in your room. The idea of this place is cute , but it should not start operating until complete. I should be refunded some funds by the app for false advertisement. I am not sure who wrote the other reviews.
