    Great hotel and location outside of the city! Uber ride or walk to attractions, but great restaurants by the hotel. Staff was great!

    My stay at the Grand Hôtel Chicago was overall a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a warm and welcoming staff that made the stay even better. My room, while small, had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower and an incredibly comfortable bed. The only downside was the bathroom, while the shower felt luxurious, the space was quite tight, and the toilet placement made it a bit uncomfortable. Also, the location is a bit removed from the main tourist areas, so I found myself relying on Ubers to get around. That said, I truly enjoyed my stay, especially having my sister just across the hall, which made the experience even more special.

    Booked it last minute and took a chance but delightful that this did not disappoint at all! Conveniently located with a subway, convenience stores, laundromat, restaurants and a supermarket within a kilometer radius. The hotel room was comfortable, well equipped, and the coffee was flowing throughout the day for free! Staff communication was excellent too. Will consider strongly coming back.

    Images are a bit misleading—the rooms are quite small and feel more like a BnB. While the staff are kind, they seem understaffed. Breakfast was average. The lobby coffee machine had insects around it and felt unclean. The location is the best part. If you’re just in and out and only need a place to sleep, it’s fine—but don’t expect much beyond that.
