Rooms are very dated, lots of chips knocks and scrapes on the furniture.
Superior rooms were worse than the basic rooms.
Upgraded to a privilege room which at least had a decent bed but the pillows were not great.
Cleaning wasn’t the best either, our fridge had a coating of dust on top throughout the stay.
On a positive note the the breakfast was fairly decent and the gondola was close by..
£900 with the upgrade for 4 nights was not worth the money, it should be nearer £600 for what we got
