We had a great 4 days stay at this hotel. Location was abit secluded however not a major problem as hotel provides shuttle service.
We would highly recommend & praise staff named Mauro, he’s super friendly, polite and very kind. He took alot of effort & time to explain things and suggested what are the places to visit with clear directions. He can be a superb tour guide!

The hotel is a bit far away from Naples so it is not convenient to reach there. But the facilities and amenities were great! The hotel experience is great and worth for money!

The hotel is a bit far from the town center and the surrounding area seems a bit sketchy but the hotel itself is fine for a quick 1 night's stay. The room we first checked into was crazy hot and stuffy and it was after many calls to the reception that they were finally willing to change room for us. We've said that the air conditioning wasn't working and they just replied they would reset from the reception. How they can do that I wouldn't know but was highly skeptical that they would be able to. Once they finally agreed to come change rooms for us they opened the door and realized our room was substantially hotter than the hallway. The room we changed to was much better but could've avoided all the wait and trouble if they were willing to change room for us right away when we had first requested.
