    The place is nice and clean, and the staff are very helpful — especially the lady at the reception. We accidentally booked the wrong date, but she helped us fix it so we didn’t have to spend the night on the street. She really brightened our day! What a wonderful place with wonderful people.

    This hotel is very near tourist places nearby. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. The place has a very good location. Will probably stay here again when I visit betws-y-coed.
