    I enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and unique. It’s not a franchise, it’s a neat little house style hotel! It was very clean! And my king room had a very nice loveseat couch! It’s right at the end of the Branson strip! And it took me 5 minutes to walk to Walmart to stock up on supplies and food. There is a microwave and small refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. I’d stay again!

    Overall, Rm 1204 was rough and needed renovating, but the rm rate was substantially less than other hotel/motel/inns in the area. The bathroom not clean, bed mattress cheap and hard, flooring loose, sticky, and squeaky, towels paper thin. We always knew what was going on in adjacent rooms. A/C excellent. Fridge good, microwave new, TV service good. Quietness average.
