We were shocked by the electricity shortage during our stay from 24 July to 25 July lasted from 11pm to 3am. We had a terrible experience with the villa operator which we were told that this is somehow “normal” not extending help given its midnight. Fortunately it was only an one-night stay for us. Once again, terrible experience and unresponsive staff.

The place was a bit hard to find as the sign wasn't visible enough and we stayed here for a night . We got a room that is all the way at the end of a narrow alley, but the staff did help us to carry some of our luggages to our room, although we almost fell to the pool with bumpy rocky roads. The shower is literally out in the wild, you will be showering in the forest but there will be insects flying around you as you are the only one glowing in the dark. At night when we were sleeping, the ac was dripping on my head and my pillow was soaking wet. Overall it wasn't the perfect stay for me but it might be for others.

The villa was situated in a small alley way in between 2 convenience stores, which was kinda hard to spot at first.
Overall the place was lovely, the room was clean & cozy. Just the aircon in our room wasn't very cooling - which felt a bit stuffy especially at night.
Because the shower area was outside, nestled in between plants - there were big red ants crawling around which may go unnoticed especially at night.
Breakfast foods was alright, and checkout was slightly confusing as we couldn't get ahold of any staffs.
