My night was terrible in regards, I didn't have a blanket when I arrived back at 2 am I was too tired to request it and wait for them to bring it, my room was on the second floor at the end of everything.
The bed and pillows were hard so the whole night I was frustrated by not being able to sleep.
The staff is beyond nice, for the wedding I went to, they allowed us to check in earlier and check out late.
The accessibility to all areas is near zero going to the event is pure rocks and the second-floor stairs are a true pain, the staff is nice to carry your suitcase but still is weird to do it in hells, so for an event I do not recommend it, the food was not good
