Gaia Riverlodge is located in a stunningly beautiful area in Belize, outside of San Ignacio on Mountain Pine Ridge. The cabanas are lovely, each with its own exquisite view and terrace. We enjoyed watching the fog drift in and out of the mountain ridges from the "Ridge" Cabana while drinking the complimentary pot of coffee delivered to our room each morning. All meals were excellent, many with fresh vegetables from the garden. We also enjoyed our short hike to Big Rock falls, as well as the nature trail and birdwatching on the grounds and the 5 Sisters falls just below the property, reachable by stairs or a small tram.
