Secluded.
20-30 mins by didi to shantang street. But the property itself is just 400m away from the pretty ligong area (scenery walk area, restaurants)
Perfect view of the lake and high rise building.
Staff were so accomodating to our needs.
Shout out to Ryan at receptionist, for doing an improptu property and garden walking tour to show us the property. :)

This hotel is definitely more than 100% satisfied. The staff was so nice, not just the front desk, the design brought out the grandness, from the spatial layout and design to every small details. I would say the entrance space internal lighting can dim a bit more so that the external garden can be more perceived and it would be excellent.
They helped arrange my surprised flower bouquet to my wife, and she loved it. They helped arrange dinner at Park Hyatt, and the personal touch they offered by setting up the table with flower petals was so touching. It was just splendid. The small details really make this hotel and staff stand out from even the top of the range.
