    Agoda email stated the benefits are above. What I interprete is that the price includes free WiFi and Breakfast for two. When checked in , the receptionist said the system must have made a mistake and did not update the breakfast in their system . Upon showing the bookings that I have booked with agoda . The receptionist agrees that our bookings should include free breakfast for two and she will update it in their system. However , On The following morning , when we wanted to go for breakfast, another morning receptionist stop us and says that our bookings was misinterpreted as Free WiFi but optional breakfast (which means you need to pay for the breakfast if u chose to have it). I just don’t feel like aguing with the receptionist and spoil my day. As such I Packed up and leave the hotel immediately. Question to Agoda, am I entitled for the breakfast for this booking? If yes, should the hotel compensate my loss of two breakfast? If no, then why state the breakfast in the benefits?
