This place boasts an unbeatable location, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff are very friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. Cleanliness appeared decent, adding to the overall comfort. However, the Wi- Fi could use improvement, and the room size felt a bit cramped for my liking. Despite these minor drawbacks, the amenities offered are good, some small details missed with bathroom like, broken fan ticking away and some damp areas around bath which needed attention.

Lovely hotel in great location for exploring the new forest. Great atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. Love that breakfast is cooked to order.

Located on the edge of Brockenhurst. Forest walks from the doorstep. 20 mins from station and town centre. The hotel have bikes and wellies to use during your stay. Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms.
