    The architects did a stunning renovation creating calm, beautiful spaces that are a joy to spend time in. Being within the historical Abbey was amazing too with freedom to explore until midnight without crowds. We hired bikes from an external supplier who delivered them and went riding through the fields. The village was filled with roses. Had a delightful 3 nights in paradise. Only slight negative was breakfast… same small selection all three days. It was perfect the first day but by day 3 it was repetitive. Tip: ask the hotel to make dinner reservations. Only 3 places in the village and they book up.

    We loved our stay. The grounds and buildings were incredible to explore at night with no one else around. Our room was very cool and the breakfast was impeccable. The staff helped from the moment we drove in to the car park by collecting our bags and settling us in with recommendations. It was very special
