After arriving at hotel around 10pm, there was no one there or anyone working. I had to wait and find a customer who had the contact number of one of the workers. He came out of some closet half dressed, checks his computer for 10-15 mins. Then tells me I don't have a booking here for the night. I call Agoda which then needs to call him and explain I do have a booking here. After an hour now at 11pm I get a callback from Agoda that I can go back in and they should have my booking now.
Room was not clean and hadn't been cleaned in years. Feces in shower and insects crawling out of sink. No soap, no clean running water. No warm water either.
Sheets were beyond filthy. Walls had cobwebs and spiders, floor had few centimeters deep worth of dust. Floors are sticky. Absolutely stinks!
Black mold in shower and around the tap.
Prison is a better place!
I didn't even check in, as soon as I saw the room and took photos I ran straight out, then I booked a real hotel at another place. I would rather sleep in my car, outside in the rain or in the desert than in this hell of a place.
