It seems I got a newly renovated room. All clean, and I can smell a faint new paint!
And the location is between Hauftbanhoft and Luisen Center (city center). Very convenience .
And I got a very bargaining price in the beginning.
When I want to add the booking day, price went crazy almost double from previous booking.
I do hope they can lowered the price as affordable as before ...

Perfect for the price and way better than the other reviews here suggest. Renovations are happening but I can barely hear them. Check in had to be through the hotel next door but that was clearly signed and the staff were really nice. They spoke perfect English which wasn’t at all expected but a really helpful surprise (my German should be way better than it is). I haven’t had the breakfast yet but was offered it and it looks great. Very surprised and impressed.
