The hotel is fine for a short one night stay to be near the bus station and city. The walls are really thin (I could hear the neighbour snoring) and the staff have no personality. The bathroom smelled like excrement. The hotel reminded me of a comedy movie where Melissa McCarthy describes the hotel as a murder hotel. I survived the night but I wouldn’t stay here again.

surprisingly, for the price of the hotel, they were able to deliver
- the sheets were clean and the bathroom was spotless
- the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating
- the hotel is a 9 minute walk away from the central bus and train stations; it’s kind of far from the main city center, though.. not much to choose from for restaurants.. tbh, i think i only saw one restaurant nearby
nonetheless, the service, the cleanliness and the value for money were all A-okay for me..

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Europe. I would give it 1*, 3* is too much.
AC didn't work in the room. The temperature outside was 34 C and in the room 30-32C. The receptionist was very argumentative and was yelling at me when i was trying to explain the issue and when I brought him to my room. He was repeating "What could I do?" "There is nothing I can do!" I told him that there should be one of three options: to call the service to fix AC, to change the room with working AC or to give me refund so I could go to another room. He refused any of these.
The room didn't look clean: there were stains all over the carpet, marks all over the wall, spots on the mirrors.
The room was overcharged. I stayed in better rooms for cheaper price in many European countries. This one was the worst!
