    We had a great stay at Extended America for our Palm Springs visit. The location is central to downtown and near to many places. We had a hiccup where the room type we booked was sold out but Esmeralda helped us with an alternate room and made sure we had a pleasant check in and stay. Appreciate her hospitality and interactions during our stay. She always had a smile, listened and tried to help with the best she can. For the room, we booked the one with kitchen and they had all the utensils you need for cooking with kids. So, we had an awesome stay here and would love to stay again when we revisit.

    This property is in an excellent location. Centrally located to most attractions in Palm Springs within 5 minutes or less. The staff is friendly and helpful. If there is anything I would have liked, they cleaned the rooms more than once every 2 weeks. I have stayed at various hotels in this chain that cleaned one to two times a week.

    This place needs an update and renovation. Guess there is a reason why it is one of the lowest hotel in Palm Springs. Good location
