I booked a room with two queen beds last April for our trip in June. However, what we got was a room with only one queen bed. There were five of us—four adults and one child. I spoke with the manager, but he didn’t seem to care. He simply told me the hotel was fully booked and that the third-party had overbooked. He also claimed that he called everyone on the list, but I never received a call. The only good thing was that the room had a sofa bed and they provided a folding bed for the child. Still, the sofa bed was not comfortable for two people to sleep on.

The layout was kinda weird and it wasn't super clean but it was comfortable and I a nice place to stay for a weekend. The location was great there was so much to do.

“Attitude ” The staff was unwelcoming and rude in delivering what they had to say. For example, I took out my chime bank card and before I could even get it out my wallet, guy quickly snaps with “don’t take chime!” I was denied two keys because I only booked one night, but I booked for 2 guests and had my finance with me, so why couldn’t I have 2 keys? Next day we slept in due to my alarm not being set correctly to a.m or p.m (my mistake) so I wasn’t alerted awake before check out, but I did plan on extending my stay!! Buiuuut that changed when the staff continued to knocked and called every 3 minutes repeatedly to question my decision to stay or checkout, and I had already verbally/personally told housekeeping at my door and front desk on the phone that I was extending my stay! So I felt stereo typed since day one of my two day stay. Also on night 1 I was put in a room with obvious water damaged in every corner of the room, pubic hairs were left in the bathtub/shower; there weren’t the usual toiletries available that I know are offered in one of their best set up rooms. I am not happy with this hotel anymore as I once was before.
