Booked 2 nights ,room was clean but bathroom counter had stains all over. Room 212 pillows were so thin and flat just Awful . Hairdryer was missing from wall. Handyman brought a wall unit but didn't install it . . went to bathroom at night . Roaches were crawling around the bathroom.in the middle of the night . Smelled pot coming from below me on the 1st floor. Next morning found another roach crawling around the room . Slept terrible the whole night-spoke to staff the next morning . Said he would take care of it and move me by the afternoon The mgr ( male ) decided to move me next door to Rm211. They fumigated the room and I didn't feel comfortable being right next door . After expressing my concern , He refused to move me , the female mgr came to me and said she was moving me to the other building . It was much quieter and clean .
