Yes, I’m satisfied about Europa hotel- good location, extremely clean, friendly stuff. Only two things I didn’t like: 1) breakfasts are quite poor and boring (could be more options and more diverse) and 2) they charged me extra city tax, despite i was told by Agoda I already paid all the taxes and fees.

At arrival, hotel informed us that parking is a paid parking. Else, we can park close to hotel which were ALL limited time parking (blue zone).
Additionally, hotel parking was full.
After driving 2 hours around the city, NO parking was available.
Hotel finally accepted to let us park close to restaurant BUT did not allow us to move the car for 2 days.
They let us park for 10€ per night and additionally we were not allowed to move the car the whole trip.
Last, the staff was not flexible nor welcoming.

Great location right in the middle of Rapallo. Our room was spacious and had a nice view. The staff was friendly. We had some trouble finding parking, as the few spots provided by the hotel were full. Overall great stay.
