Good things: nice staff, cute and clean rooms, easy parking. lots of food options nearby. Not so great: lots of homeless in the local area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! But I think my favorite part was the shower—OMG, it was literally the best shower I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t even want to get out! I didn’t see a single bug, either inside or outside, which is impressive considering the hotel isn't in the best area. Somehow, they make it work. I will definitely be staying here again.

1. There was no hot water for bathing in winter. I asked the employee to come in and take a look. He touched the water with his hand and said it was hot, but it clearly was not. He later went to check it several times and told us the water heater was fine. Then he said that the water would not be hot because it was cold outside. This explanation was really unacceptable. 2. The room was filled with an overly strong fragrance that made us uncomfortable.
