Took me over 30 minutes to locate the property, inside looks like a mess, receptionist was being trained/supervised so check-in process took forever. Internet connection was absent in my room since it was the farthest from the router. Very small lockers, if you're bringing anything bigger than a backpack, it won't fit. Rooms aren't clean and the bed condition is very concerning, looks like there was no maintenance done. Shower water cycles between hot and cold so be prepared to take an icebath.
In short, stay away from this place, just find another hostel in Florence.

Staff were helpful, though not all can speak English. They were accommodating and even made my room earlier. For solo travellers, this place has that typical residential feel but close to the city centre. The yard, you can relax and unwind.

Super nice staff, Spanish and Italian speaking primarily. It reminds me of mama mia timeless, clean enough and near the city center, the WiFi was rough, didn’t work in the room much or at all. If the WiFi worked better that would have definitely elevated the property for me. My friend kept saying it was cute. i am a little more bougie lol.
