Although just outside of central Athens, the centre is easily accessible and this is a pleasant, peaceful street in close to a lesser known but interesting part of the city. St Thomas square closeby, is very enjoyable with good tavernas. I would recommend this stay!

As far as I could tell, there are only around 16 rooms, four per floor. There's a cosy bar/lounge, but I never saw anybody using it, apart from a pair of children who were sitting at one of the tables.
The A5 bus stops almost outside the hotel; the number 3 trolleybus is only 5 minutes away and the metro is around 10 minutes from the hotel. I used all of these, as well as walking down towards the city when I wanted exercise.
The hotel staff are friendly.
I had a balcony with a view of the street and the apartments opposite, with an electric shutter that I could use to keep out the light and sound.
