This hotel is in desperate need of updating, fumigation and repair! As soon as the staff member turned on the lights from the room I was going to stay in, roaches scattered! At that point I knew I had made a mistake booking this place! He continued showing me the room and things just got worst! I told him I didn’t want to stay there and he showed me another room that was exactly the same just in another color! I said no, and decided to leave and look for somewhere else to stay! As for outside of the hotel I can’t tell you much, it was dark, only one small light lit up the place. The pool was filled with kids and parents, but it was dark, only one small light was on so it was hard to see.
I booked this place for 10 days and stayed zero days! I don’t recommend for anyone to stay here until something is done to repair the place!
I’m a teacher and worked really hard over the summer. I was so looking forward to relaxing before going back to work. Instead I was left horrified, and left to look for another hotel after traveling all day! This place was very disappointing and upsetting,

Acapulco isn't a good idea right now, but this hotel was excellent. Really grateful for the amazing staff and relaxing time.
