Staff was excellent and the atmosphere and decorations of the hotel were beautiful. Perfect for families as the pool and swim up bar are great! Only negative was the smell of the AC, I recommend a deep clean to remove the damp smell from the system.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Eden Beach Khaolak Resort and Spa. From the moment we arrived the check-in was effortless and the team made everything feel seamless. The service was incredible—every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, turning small moments into highlights. For my birthday they surprised us with beautiful room decorations, which felt so thoughtful and made the occasion extra special. The resort’s facilities are excellent: a gorgeous pool area with a lively swim-up bar, where the cocktails were delicious, and the woodfire pizzas were a standout—perfectly charred and full of flavour. Mornings were a joy thanks to a buffet breakfast with a wide range of options to suit every taste. Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking relaxed luxury, outstanding hospitality, and memorable food and drink experiences.

Lovely resort on the beach in a nice, more chill area of Koh Lak. Rooms were great although the time housekeeping tidied your room was inconsistent and sometimes a call was needed for new towels

Stayed here for a night and were not impressed at all. We arrived during heavy rain, the car park of the hotel was full and the only other option for parking is next to the road across the street from the hotel. There was nobody available to pick us up or provide umbrellas or anything. We sat in the car for a while until someone showed up just to tell us that he’s the only staff on duty and he’s busy with other customers at the moment. We finally made it half wet to the reception and checked in. The rooms are not maintained well, leaking shower, missing candles, food plates in front of the rooms, just all in all bad management. There seems to be a problem with the aircon as well, once it’s turned on the floor gets wet from condensation. We had to wear slippers at all times because the door was all wet. We chose the Italian restaurant next to the beach for dinner and both didn’t like the food and had upset stomachs afterwards. Positive side note, the pool area next to the beach is nice but there’s only one small toilet available for the area. Luckily we stayed here only for one night, wouldn’t recommend it.
