Losah was very helpful and friendly, giving us advice and carrying our cases up the stairs.
We got locked out of the outer gate later on, so I recommend checking your room card works on the gate and asking for the security code before they leave for the night. I managed to contact Losah and she helped us, above and beyond service.
The room was very nice and cool. We had everything we needed for one night's stay, I would stay here again.

Nearby train station Tirano.room super clean with white and clean towel. Bed is comfy.Staff and housekeeping is great..Room size is just nice for one night stay.

It was a very comfortable and nicely done room with all facilities incl a good breakfast. With beautiful county side a great room to rest was an icing on the cake!

駅近でスタッフもフレンドリー、お部屋も綺麗で朝食も豪華、コスパ良くていうことなしです。
ホテルの受付はレストランを兼ねてるのでそこがちょこっとわかりにくいかも。
