Close to the airport, but will require 1 bus trip to the nearest train station.
Next to shopping mall for food / supermarket shopping.
Good location for those who prefer to stay near the airport and yet have close access to other facilites.

Truthfully the location isn’t the best, definitely tricky to access with public transport (coming from downtown Paris) especially after hours. There’s only a couple buses that come by and you have to transfer a couple times. From the airport it’s 1 bus so if you’re only staying a night on a layover it’s a good spot, if you want to explore the city I suggest booking a spot in the city (if you don’t have a car). If you like plane you’ll love the spot because, planes fly above every couple minutes on their descend to CDG. There’s also a huge mall next door (5 min walk) so you don’t have to worry about food, there’s many restaurants and even an Auchan. Overall not a bad spot for a single night layover, but if you want to explore the city I recommend a spot closer to downtown
